Cable Front Raise: Behind You or In Front? (leverage tested)
Same cable front raise, two setups. Stand ahead of the low pulley (cable behind you) and the movement stays loaded at the bottom — 89% leverage vs 51% with the station in front. At the top the in-front setup wins, but only barely (99% vs 87%). Even a dumbbell beats the in-front cable at the bottom. Both work — behind loads more of the rep.
