This workout is not about performance or intensity. It’s your chance to get familiar with the layout: cardio machines, guided machines, free weights, and the floor area.

Workout Example

This workout includes a cardio warm-up, a few easy machine exercises, some dumbbell curls, and light bodyweight moves like planks and squats. If you don’t finish every set — no worries! The goal is showing up.
