Workout Example
This workout includes a cardio warm-up, a few easy machine exercises, some dumbbell curls, and light bodyweight moves like planks and squats. If you don’t finish every set — no worries! The goal is showing up.
Tips
- Go during off-peak hours (mornings or early afternoon).
- Don’t hesitate to ask a staff member or another gym-goer for help with machines.
- Bring a lock for the locker room.
